Bag-making challenge and lots of new goodies!

Hi, I hope you're well and having the best November. The sun is streaming through my window as I write this, making a welcome change. Taking photos for Etsy is challenging when there is zero daylight! 

So what's been happening around here?

Emma at Studio 7t7 held her biannual bag-making challenge which was super fun!  She had over 1000 people join the pop-up Facebook group and many people made the bag some more than one!

Here's mine

The pattern is called The Studio 7t7 mini tote and it's such a lovely make for all skill levels. If you're a beginner you'll be able to make this easily and for more experienced sewers you'll find it a quick and satisfying make.

Mine is made out of a buttery soft faux vinyl and all the supplies are mostly from previous Bag Makers Boxes.

I decided to add a little loop to the front pocket to attach keys as I did, a bag tag. I have to say, that little boot got a LOT of love! I made it on my embroidery machine and it is a very cute addition to the bag.

As the bag tag was so popular I made some more for my Etsy shop.

These were made from slightly textured black faux leather. I'm in the process of dreaming up more colour combinations. What would you like to see?

The following and more have been recently added to my shop, fun to make and equally fun to gift.

Now I just need to find time to make Christmas Presents for my friends and family! But hey, it's only November, It's all good :)
